Broadcom ACPL-665xL High-Speed Optocouplers
Broadcom® ACPL-665xL High-Speed Optocouplers are capable of operating and storing over the full military temperature range. These high-speed optocouplers are single, dual, and quad channel hermetically sealed optocouplers. The ACPL-665xL optocouplers operate at 3.3V supply voltage and -55°C to 125°C military temperature range. These optocouplers withstand 1500VDC of test voltage and are TTL circuit compatible. Applications include military and aerospace, high-reliability systems, voltage level shifting, and logic ground isolation.
